Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, while also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

I believe in the power of Pilates to transform lives. I discovered Pilates after years of struggling with chronic pain and was amazed at the results. I was inspired to share this practice of pilates to help people live pain-free lives.
I am a classically trained Pilates instructor certified at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. Certified in Yamuna Body Rolling, Rasamaya yoga, and Spinning. Graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Education.
